Delete your WILDCARD account
WILDCARD is published by 145 Studios. Google sign-in is optional, but if you used it you can request permanent deletion here even if the app is no longer installed.
Request deletion outside the app
Email us from the Google email address used for WILDCARD. Use the subject Delete my WILDCARD account. Never send a password, verification code, purchase token or payment details.
Email a deletion requestWe will verify that the request belongs to the account and normally complete it within 7 calendar days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same Google account.
What is deleted
- the Firebase Authentication identity used by WILDCARD;
- the Firestore cloud save and private progress backup;
- the custom Daily Board name, scores and submission records linked to that identity.
Anonymous aggregate analytics cannot be linked back to an account and therefore contain no account record to delete.
Important before deleting
Deletion is permanent and does not erase the separate offline save still stored on a device. Use the app's local reset option if you also want to erase that device copy.
WILDCARD has no subscriptions. Account deletion is not a purchase refund and does not remove transaction records Google Play may retain. Refund questions must use Google Play's purchase support process.
For fraud prevention, duplicate-grant prevention and accounting, WILDCARD may retain a pseudonymised purchase ledger containing the product, order reference and a one-way purchase-token hash. The Firebase user ID and raw purchase token are removed, so this retained ledger is no longer attached to the deleted WILDCARD account.
